Commentary:

My amazing nephew, Brian Totoro, came through once again! After months of work, he delivered "The Record Shelf of The Gods" this week - and, wow, it's a thing of beauty. Standing eight-and-a-half feet tall, it weighs over 300 pounds and holds approximately 2000 LPs and several hundred seven-inch singles on the top shelf. Bolted to the wall, this thing is solid and stable - and a beautiful piece of furniture to boot. The really cool thing are the LEDs he installed along the underside of the shelves which not only effectively illuminate the album spines but change colors, flash, fade and otherwise provide a psychedelic light show during listening sessions. Awesome!

Vinyl Highrise

So the old crates have been moved downstairs into my studio and boxes of records have been retrieved from storage. For the first time in years, ALL of my vinyl is accessible. Woo-hoo! Thank you, Brian!

Speaking of vinyl, pressing of my LP continues to be delayed. I'll be sure to let you know when it arrives. In the meantime, feel free to pre-order a copy of Cosmologies over at Bandcamp. It really is happening - I promise!
